We simply don’t have the resources to target every uninsured driver, not by a long long way, which is why you often see 3-6 month gaps between lack of insurance and being caught, @bike_rogers @2wheelsnot4 Depending on the state of the investigation, sometimes tweets are put out early, so need to be vague as we haven’t completed the investigation. Sometimes we tweet at the end on an investigation so have established facts and can word tweets differently.
