3 lanes (of 4) are closed on the #M25 anti-clockwise in #Surrey between J12 (#Basingstoke) and J11 (#Chertsey) due to a multi-vehicle collision. Our Traffic Officers are en-route to scene. There’s just over 3 miles of congestion on approach.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
