@DrGrumpy @Carrot70 @mhantain @SurreySRP @HiVisFails The hi vis thing comes up a lot. As you rightly say though, a lot of hi vis also have reflective stripes in any case. We agree that all have a responsibility to be safe on our roads. It is merely the point made that all pedestrians should wear it we disagree with that’s all.
