Lane 3 (of 3) closed #M23 southbound between J10A and J11 #Crawley. We are on scene with a two vehicle collision which has been moved to the hard shoulder. Lane 3 remains closed due to barrier damage. There are long delays on the approach, however these are expected to ease.
