Another two drivers stopped for using their handheld mobile phones whilst driving this morning, both on the A3 and both had hands free kits fitted in their cars…. 6 points & £200 fine issued.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
