Traffic has been released on the #M2 Londonbound/Westbound between J3-J2 near #Medway following a @kent_police @KentPoliceRoads led incident. There remains about 2.5 miles of traffic but this should quickly clear now.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
