UPDATE…. The vehicles involved in earlier collision have now been recovered from the scene. All lanes on the #M27 eastbound between J7 and J8 near #Southampton have been reopened. Please allow extra time for your journey as residual delays of 15 minutes remain on the approach.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
