Can driver required to stop for a routing check…doesn’t stop for around ¾ mile. Eventually stops, but provided positive @DrugWipeUK for cannabis. Nicked and off to custody we go. #Fatal5

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
