@CarlJTaylor23 Big difference…DVLA said they COULD be illegal. DVLA have also said they haven’t seen any ‘4D’ plates subjected to the full official British Standard test.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
